Domaine is our flagship sake, made to evoke our brewery's terroir.

Characteristics:
A sake personified by smooth silkiness.
Recommended Pairing:
A wonderful complement to mackerel and other blue-backed fish of the Seto Inland Sea served fried or as sashimi.
This sake is made solely with Yamadanishiki rice grown within 5 kilometers of our brewery in Ube, Yamaguchi, in fields tended by our own staff. The local soil is sandier than that of Hyogo, making for Yamadanishiki that is silky smooth in comparison to that region's rice. We use the name Domaine to indicate the locally sourced production.
